What is the minimum amount of passengers I need to charter?

Unlike groups, there is no minimum for chartering planes. When you charter, you are purchasing the entire plane, so you no longer pay per seat, but rather for the entire trip. Whether your trip fills 30% of the plane, or 95%, you pay the same price.
